As we continue to grow, we're looking for an eager, dependable Assistant Construction Manager to join our field team, someone ready to learn the trade from the ground up and grow into a leadership role.

What You'll Own:

• Support Construction Managers with daily jobsite tasks, material runs, signage, photos, and field follow-up.
• Assist with job starts, preconstruction preparation, and keeping active builds on schedule.
• Conduct routine jobsite checks and communicate issues clearly and promptly to the Construction Manager.
• Help coordinate warranty service and homeowner follow-up after closing.
• Learn and apply our company systems, construction standards, scheduling processes, and vendor relationships.
• Build working relationships with trade partners, vendors, office staff, and homeowners.
• Anticipate what the Construction Managers need and have it handled before they ask.

• You communicate clearly, whether you're talking to a trade partner, a homeowner, or your CM.
• You show up ready to work and don't need someone looking over your shoulder to stay on track.
• You're excited by the homebuilding process and want to understand every stage of it.

What You'll Need:

• Some background in residential construction, trades, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage assigned tasks and daily priorities.
• Willingness to travel regularly to jobsites throughout our service area.
• A clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Where You're Headed:

This role is built for someone who wants to grow. Within your first year, you'll be expected to handle routine field responsibilities independently, understand the full homebuilding process from preconstruction to warranty, and have earned the trust of our Construction Managers to take on more.
