Now, as we expand our reach across North Tennessee, we’re looking for a dedicated Construction Manager to help us deliver exceptional homes—and experiences—at scale.

This is not your average construction role. You’ll be the boots on the ground and the engine behind every successful build across our growing footprint in North Tennessee.

What You’ll Own:

  • Manage all field construction operations from Murfreesboro to the North Tennessee region.

  • Ensure every home is built on time, on budget, and with top-notch quality.

  • Schedule and supervise trade partners and suppliers.

  • Perform site visits, quality checks, and customer walkthroughs.

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams including sales, purchasing, and customer service.

  • Solve problems proactively and keep projects moving smoothly.

  • Represent Red Door Homes with professionalism and integrity on every jobsite.

  • You’re great at building relationships with trades, vendors, and inspectors.

  • You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and take ownership from start to finish.

What You’ll Need:

  • 2–5+ years of residential construction management experience.

  • Deep knowledge of the homebuilding process, from excavation to final punch.

  • Strong scheduling, time management, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to lead crews and coordinate multiple jobs simultaneously.

  • Must be based in or willing to travel regularly throughout North Tennessee.

  • A clean driving record and reliable transportation.
